Corvedale Brewery Dale Ale Premium Bitter

Corvedale Brewery Dale Ale Premium Bitter Pub
Description: This Corvedale Brewery Dale Ale Premium Bitter pours a nice bronze colour, with a very fine head that lasts. The aroma is light, more of smoky brown sugar and dates than hops. The taste is smooth, a mix of fruity hops, a hint of hazelnut and toffee, the brown sugar aroma working well with the taste to give a very satisfying drink. The finish is slightly bitter, with a long lasting fade that really lets you relish this beer.

Corvedale Brewery Dale Ale Premium Bitter is a bottle conditioned ale, so unless you pour it carefully, after letting stand for a while it will be naturally a little cloudy. This cloudiness in no way detracts from the taste, and the beer can be drunk either way.

Corvedale Brewery was established in 1999 in The Sun Inn, Corfton Shropshire. If you are lucky enough to get a bottle, then hang onto it – they will give you money of beer or a meal if you visit the pub and return the (empty) bottle.
