Description: |
This pours very light, with the slightest hint of fine foam. To the taste, initially very floral, and the apple taste slowly develops. The fine bubbles are maintained throughout the drink, giving it a certain ‘zing’ at the finish. It is very refreshing and very light, rather than a full-on cider apple taste. If there could be a cider Champagne, this would be it.
You need to serve this chilled. When chilled it maintains its refreshing taste and delicate bite; as it gets to room temperature it seems flat. So be warned – drink it cold and really enjoy it. |
