Red Pig Mexican Ale pours a bright, deep red copper in colour, with a very full creamy head. This ale is very aromatic, intensely floral-hoppy, lightly sweet and subtle malty hints if you sniff long enough; which is difficult as the beer cries out to be drunk.
Red Pig is full bodied and instantly offers a very pleasant high bitterness, with smooth sweet malt character. Refreshing pale ale floral flavours, with a nice malt dry finish. Red Pig Mexican Ale is brewed by Cerveceria Mexicana, the brewers of the Mexicali range of beers. |
