Description: |
Black Sheep Ale, Crisp Dry and Bittersweet pours a light varnished mahogany colour, with a very slight fine foam that clings to the edge of the glass. The aroma is faint, and too hard to decide what it is. This beer comes under the light ale category, but it is still disappointing to have no perceivable aroma.
In the mouth the flavour seem hidden as well, although slightly zesty on the tongue, it would be hard to identify a particular flavour. The finish is crisp, dry and bittersweet, exactly as it states but overall it is a bit underwhelming if you are looking for a beer with taste. |
