Dino Sangiovese 2011

Region: Italy, Emilia-Romagna
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Description: This wine comes from grapes grown in the finest vineyards on the eastern hills of Dentral Italy’s Romagna region. This gives the wine a full aroma of red berries and black cherry, followed by a body of deep red smoothness showing depth of flavour and body. The smoothness rounds out to reveal the black cherry and exotic spice tastes making this a very pleasing, slightly dry, swallow.
Each bottle is individually numbered, and could easily be sold at twice its current price.
Price: £9.95
Source: Tesco
Occasion: Lamb, Pork, Mousakka, Most Pasta dishes
Comments: Sangiovese is considered to one of Italy’s best red grape varieties, and it is able to produce long-lived wines of great style and elagance.
