Description: |
This is a single vintage 2011 cider. Produced by a cider maker since 1880, the apples selected are a locally grown bitter sweet crop, blended to produce a fruity flavour with a lingering taste. And this is indeed what you get. Very clear and golden to the pour, there is no head, but a continuous stream of fine bubbles. To the taste, a refreshing apple flavour, sweet and tingling from the bubbles, that doesn’t lose its sweetness in the mouth. Long lingering apple with a slight citrus high from the bubbles makes this a very pleasant drinking cider.
Serve chilled and enjoy it on its own. A donation from the sale of every bottle goes to the Princes Charities Foundation, so as you drink you can be sure you are doing a bit for charity. Why not have a second then…..? |
