The Competition – The Mixing Star 2015 With Disaronno
The Mixing Star is Disaronno’s Global Cocktail Competition open to the best professional bartenders.
Create an original recipe based on Disaronno Originale and make the perfect cocktail: whoever that bartender is could win the competition and become The 2015 Mixing Star of United Kingdom.
And Simon Narracott, of By-Invitation has been chosen to be one of the judges.
The Mixing Star 2015 With Disaronno Cocktail Presentation
During the event, bartenders will have to prepare their original cocktail in front of the technical jury and the selected people’s jury, according to set procedures, making it fair for all.
The technical jury will pay particular attention to the quality of the bartenders performance at the counter, to their knowledge of Disaronno and their ability in describing the recipe, their inspiration and their choice of ingredients.
Creating a story for their cocktail may well win the jury members over!
After the technical evaluation, alongside the other competitors, they will prepare their drink for the people’s jury, who will taste it and vote.
